There is an issue between Logitech Media Server 7.7.1 and the latest released version of ReadyNAS RAIDiator. On reboot, the ReadyNAS has a startup script that modifies the contents of the SAMBA shares file (which is used to provide the CIFS/SMB shares accessed by Windows computers). With the latest version of Logitech Media Server, they created a directory/folder in the /c volume that also holds the shared folders. This seemed to confuse the startup script on the ReadyNAS, causing the shared folders to get all out of order.
The problem is being resolved on both ends. Version 7.7.2 of Logitech Media Server will change the name of the folder they use to be "hidden" (it will have a . as the first character, so it will be treated like a hidden folder by the ReadyNAS OS), and Netgear has a beta version of RAIDiator for x86 ReadyNAS devices that resolves the issue with their startup script.
