Problems on all our ReadyNAS 102's after firmware upgrade to 6.6.1
After upgrading to version 6.6.1 all our ReadyNAS devices have lost the ability to browse the folder structure via the web interface, this means we are unable to recover any files/folders.
Browsing is still ok from Windows explorer.
I've seem other posts similar which indicated this was caused by an AD account called "admin" being in use.
We have renamed this AD account, but the problem remains.
We cant wait for another firmware upgrade to fix this bug as we need a be able to recover files now.
Are there any solutions to this problem?

It doesn't look like you've contacted support.
So you have two RN102s?
Are you able to send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?- Mij2016Aspirant
Hi, i think it may have taken a while for the devices to re-sync with our AD. After renaming the AD admin account to something else, the devices are back functioning again.
