Problems trying to run ReadyNAS Duo V2 with Firefox and Windows 10
After trying unsuccessfully to run my old ReadyNAS Duo V2 and use it for sharing pictures, I shelved it again for future consideration. I posted a thread here about 10 - 11 months ago and got nowhere...

The connection is being interrupted or terminated by your Firewall or security software. Have you tried accessing on another Computer?
What is the firmware version your Duo is running? If it's a Duo V2 it should have 5.x

I can access it from my Samsung tablet no problem. But I want to use my laptop, not my tablet. I didn't try another computer.
I can access it through MS Edge if I click away all the warnings about an unsafe site.
FireFox, my browser of choice, simply completely blocks me from accessing my own device, sitting on my desk 6 inches from my computer. So annoying!
The firmware is v5.3.13
When I had it open in Edge, I tried exporting the certificate that was created for Edge. Apparently a self signed certificate. I do not understand how these things are created and verified.
Using the export certificate function in Edge, I saved it in 2 different formats and tried to import them into FireFox. Neither one worked, FF wouldn't let me import them.
I forgot to mention, I run Kaspersky Total Security.

PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR is not a certificate problem. It's telling you that somehting between the browser and NAS is blocking the connection, and the most likely candidate is your security software. Try disabling Kaspersky Total Security. If that fixes it and Kaspersky has separate settings for different programs, that's where you should look for a permanent solution.
Once you get past this issue, you'll still have to deal with the self-signed certificate.
I tried disabling Kaspersky and running it again, but I got the exact same error message.
Then I shut everything down, rebooted the computer and then disabled Kaspersky first, then opened FF and attempted to access the NAS, but got the same results.
