What do you mean by "logging in via RAIDar"? RAIDar is just a discovery service that uses UDP broadcast messages. It doesn't require any sort of authentication.
The Duo broadcasts two different UPnP SSDP services. One is for MediaServer, which it only does when ReadyDLNA is enabled. The other is for Windows UPnP discovery, and only gets sent out if the UPnP discovery service is enabled. In no case will the Duo send out the wrong service type.
There has to be a device on the network that is preventing the Duo from receiving the SSDP Search messages from the PS3.
