I think a common thread is the BTHomeHub, although it sems other routers have an issue. Using a totally wired soultion with Powerline adapters everything works. Try to come over the wireless link and results are very intermittent. I solved the issue by adjusting the broadcast frequency from the Duo. I know this is not a Duo problem but this makes my set-up work.
