Please Help, Recently my nas running very very very slowwwww. I couldn't access some folder I have no idea why. So I go went ahead Delete my Bonding network. After I did that my nas display a message...

Yes, 6.4.2 is the latest firmware.
That message on the display is a critical kernel error message.
If you can't access the NAS you will need to power it off and power it on again.
As mentioned in this thread you may wish to try 6.5.0 Beta.

Which NAS model is this on?

ReadyNAS RN104 12TB of WD Black. I am running the latest version of firmware I thinks it was 6.4.2? something like that.

I didn't really understand the previous thread. I didn't know if I can pull the power plug. Just to make sure I can Unplug don't want to lose family photo and video. Thankyou, Nas is back online now but still very slow.

When the NAS has hung so badly that you can't ping it, can't see it in RAIDar etc. there's no other option than to pull the power.
As for the NAS still being slow you may wish to try 6.5.0 Beta
