Question on Expansion
I guess I'm somewhat confused on expansion or may be I did something wrong. I have a Pro 6 unit that had 5 500GB disks in it setup in an X-RAID2 configuration, single redundancy. So I had around 1...

You can use it. Transfers would be slower than usual, of course during the expansion.
Yes that's what you'd expect.
The unit should have shipped with the screws you need in a small zip lock bag (this could be found in various places e.g. with documentation, taped to a drive tray etc.) Contact support and they should be able to send you some. In the meantime you could use just a couple of screws per tray.
