Yes i can, but for some reason after saving settings Transmission won't start anymore ("service failed to start"). When i try to edit settings.json for second time, i see in it only 10-15 lines of options, instead of 70+. Looks like only part of settings being saved. Although i have no issues with it if i do everything manually.
