RAID 1 question

Hi, I have a RN102 with two disc on RAID 1 mode. In case the RN102 got damaged, is it possible to just install one of the discs on a computer to recover the data? Or should I buy a new NetGear stor...

XRAID2 with two disks is RAID 1 as far as the disk format is concerned. So yes.
