Your PC (10.45.1.5) is on the same subnet as multiple ReadyNAS devices (eg 10.45.1.92) Why you also see ReadyNAS with addresses 192.168.100.x I can't say without understanding your network setup. (I would guess you have 2 logical subnets operating on the same physical subnet)
Your mac is then connected to a completely different subnet than either PC or ReadyNAS (172.20.45.237) which doesn't match any of the ReadyNAS devices or your PC and so irrespective of what your PC shows, RAIDar is very unlikely to detect those ReadyNAS due to being on a completely different subnet
