Really it would be better to start a different thread.
AFAIK 4.1.10 did not break operation of 2 TB drives, and drives over 2 TB never worked on the NV, so I don't understand that comment.
I have seen several posts saying that 4.1.10 causes third party memory failures (even with memory that previously worked). Since you are using your original drives, it seems unlikely that you are having a drive issue.
At this point my advice is to put back the single fresh drive that worked, and then downgrade to 4.1.8. After that, do a second factory default with all drives in place, and restore your data from backup. Then stick with 4.1.8 firmware.
