Cant open pictures on RAIDar

When login in remotely to RAIDar all pictures have this icon that cant be opened.  Thank you for the help.

Those are .jpg files and are supported image files, it usually has an image preview loaded. Is it in that state for a long time? Have you tried accessing the files via Windows explorer?
