Can you tell us a bit more about the network? Manufacturer/model of equipment on the network path from the router to the TV.
Also, is the TV is using ethernet? Or WiFi?

Thank you for your reply.
i have my Router connected to my gigabit switch port. my Gigabit switch port connected to the gigabit port of my readynas. The switch connected to my Ubiquiti AP. And finally my LG TV connected to my AP.
