New to ReadyNAS - Need some help with backup options

Thank you for the replies. After talking more about this, I think they would be happy if we could have it work similar to Dropbox. So, if a user changes a file on the ReadyNAS, it's updated/added to an external drive connected to the network. Money is definitely a concern, so I think this might be a viable option. Worst case, I just point them to the external USB drive in the event of a failure until such time that I can rebuild the NAS. Thanks again.
