You should be able to migrate the disks to either system. In the case of the RN314 it will convert the OS to x86, the RN104 is also ARM. So I'd go with the RN104 in this situation.
It might be wise to migrate just one disk, as that eliminates the possibility of a resync. It shouldn't do a fresh install unless you explicitly do a factory default.
