RN102 OS6 Home folder
Hi,
I'm trying to find a solution for the following :
I need to give User-2 (read-only) access to the Home/User-1 folder.
I know how to proceed for other folders, but can't find a way to do that for Home-folders.

You can't (by design). Home folders are intended to be used exclusively by one user. The admin account can access them, but that is not read-only.
While home folders are useful for enterprises, I don't see much value for most home users. Personally I don't use them (and have disabled all network protocols for home, so these folders never show up).
I think you have a point there.
On regular (User-)folders read-only can be set.
Is there an easy and/or quick way to convert a home/user folder into a normal folder without losing any data ?

You can just a public share, and move the home contents to it.
If you use ssh, you can specify --relink on the CP command, and then delete the home folder contents afterwards. That would be faster if the home folder has a lot of data (and also would not increase the storage space during the move/copy). But if you aren't familiar with linux, I suggest just copying moving the contents from a PC.
