May we ask for the current firmware version of your NAS? Also, are you referring to the snapshot of the ELC share?

We one that we have not update lately it is firmware 6.6.0  Yes the snapshot of the ELC. If the device reboot the snapshot gets turn off.

We others that are on firmware 6.7.1 Yes the snapshot of the ELC. If the device reboots or if Egnyte storeage snyc software updates automatically the snapshot gets turn off.
