I'm up and running, though oddly when I put in the 4 fresh drives, it created a volume on 3 drives, and is now running a resync on drive 4. I would have thought the resync would be pretty quick considering there is no data on the drives currently, but it has taken an hour so far, and saying 9 hours to go.
