Ultra 2, can't change any configuration, #20458063

Case number is 20458063.
So theoretically I could pull a drive out and put it into my linux box and have a look. Or I could do an OS re-install as per instructions on this page https://my.netgear.com/mynetgear/mySupport.asp.
I'll wait for tech support response first though.
Noticed something strange about my registered product, it says:
Purchased on: 11/Jan/2012
Registered on: 10/Jan/2013
When in actual fact I only bought it a few weeks ago, so probably 10/Jan/2013. I wonder if that was something I entered and I've entered it wrong. Hopefully it doesn't bight me if I need more support than email.
