Welcome to the community!
If disk 1 is proven healthy, we can try to boot it up without disk 2 to access your data, but it could go either way. You also have to option to contact our support team to diagnose the problem for a fee.

Your options to look at it yourself depend on what firmware it is running.
The underlying issue here is that we can't trust "v1" or "v2" declarations from new posters. A lot of people think they have a v2, but they actually have a v1. See this guide for more info: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
I can see a Duo v1 hardware revision 2 on this customer's profile.
