I recently lost power. when I turned the ReadyNAS back on, it hangs up. The green power LED is three short flashes with one long. then the activity led flashes once. the disk 2 led is a constant flash...
Was your NAS protected by a UPS, including the ethernet cable. It appears likely you had a power surge that has damaged your equipment.
