Ready NAS Duo stuck.
I recently lost power. when I turned the ReadyNAS back on, it hangs up. The green power LED is three short flashes with one long. then the activity led flashes once. the disk 2 led is a constant flash...

One last try - with the unit off. Locate the reset switch hole on the back panel. This switch is behind a hole that is beside the USB ports. With a straightened paper clip (or other narrow probe, press in and you should feel the switch depress.
With the reset switch depressed, press the power button to turn on the unit. Start counting when you press the power button. At about 5 seconds you should see the LED lights flash. At that time release the reset switch. (Caution: if you continue to hold the switch to the 30 seconds point, you will trigger the factory default which will wipe the hard drives and re-install the OS).
Once again - 5 seconds OS reinstall, no data loss, 30 seconds disk wipe, OS reinstall, all data gone.
If that does not work. I would suggest you open an on line tech support ticket. From the data of purchase, you have 90 days of free telephone support from tech support, after that point the free support is via e-mail. Once you have a case number assigned, edit your first post and add the case number to the end. That will help passing Jedi notice the case and follow the case.
