Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem. This web site might not support the TLS 1.2 protocol, which is the minimum version supported by Firefox.
I can see that I'll need to look more into TLS and will let you know how I get on.
I've already linked in the relevant thread on this topic - https://community.netgear.com/t5/New-ReadyNAS-Users-General/Workaround-for-ERR-SSL-VERSION-OR-CIPHER-MISMATCH-problem-for/m-p/2198243
Your NAS only supports TLS 1.0 - which is outdated, and recently browsers began dropping support for it. You can still use IE, or Edge (in IE mode). Or you can install an old browser, and immediately reconfigure it so it won't autoupdate. Firefox 94.0.2 will work (likely some later ones also).
You can also go in with ssh, and make a simple mod to virtual.conf to prevent redirection to https. That will let you log in with http using any browser. Of course that link is unencrypted.
