Ready NAS NV+ v2 ERR Could not properly extract

I am having the same issue as a few other here but can't figure out the solution. I went to perform a factory reset on my device and now I am receiving the error message that "ERR Could not prope...

The OS on the flash was corrupt which is unusual for the NV+ v2. It's now fixed.
