This old thread might help. Says there that you may need 24 pin extender and 3 4-pin molex connectors.
Model mentioned was a SeaSonic SS-300SFD or something that might be similar today in the market.

If you have a standard ATX supply, you can wire that up externally and see if it fixes it before you buy a new supply. But the supply is the most likely cause. The original Seasonic is no longer available, but there are other SFX supplies that will work. Having the three 4-pin Molex "hard drive" connections is the difficult thing to find.
