It looks to me like a timing issue, where perhaps the checksum tree in cache is stale for some transitory period. The kernel in the 6.3.3 release has some improvements in this area, so you may want to give that a spin. But if you can read the data after getting alerts, without receiving an I/O error, that means the data is fine and the checksum mismatch was transitory.
