ATCDug .. I feel your pain ... my 104 has been locking up since day one .. NTG sent me a new unit , which I was told I could simple swap my drive into and all my data would intact but was not the case .. it's now in maintenance mode waiting for level 3 support to have look (3 days later no response from NTG support )
