Ya I'm having the same problem. The XBox only sees the NAS after a reboot. If then select the NAS through the 360 I get a message stating that streaming is only supported from Window Media Player 11, Zune and a couple of others. After that I don't see the NAS again until I reboot it.
The only work around I have right now is to stream from the NAS to my PC and then from the PC to the 360.
