Readynas 102 blue blinking light

Hi everyone...just purchased the readynas 102 with 2 Wd red 3 tb hard drives. After installing the hard drives, connecting power then connecting to my network and turning on the power to my readynas all I get is a blinking blue light. Can't seem to get past that. Can't discover nas on my network. Left in on overnight and still blinking. Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you tried a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything)?
