ReadyNas 102 Mysql error?

i have ReadyNas 102. My ReadyNas have a new firmware 6.2.1. Yesterday I installed apps PHP, Mysql Server. Everything has been successfully installed. But...
On the page System -> Apss i don't see installed App Mysql server, but i see in Application -> Installde Application. In Apps Mysql Server App button "Run" is not avaliable. Avaliable is menu "Settings" and "Delete". When I click "Settings" (https://XXX.XXX.X.XX/apps/mysqlr6/index.html) run page and there is text "default access is root without password.". On the App PHP when I click "Run" http://XXX.XXX.X.XX:7081/index.html a have text "This is a PHP Launch page.
PHP Info". Maybe solution this error is easy but I need help.
