So have disabled the leaf networks adapter and have run the tester with the following results
Running warmup...
Running a 1000MB file write on \\NAS-36-0C-08\Videos twice...
Iteration 1: 11.47 MB/sec
Iteration 2: 11.51 MB/sec

Average (W): 11.49 MB/sec
-----------------------------
Running a 1000MB file read on \\NAS-36-0C-08\Videos twice...
An error occured: The specified network name is no longer available.
All of a sudden the tester stopped and I was unable to access the drive which leads me to believe that the leaf adapter is required however a cause of the issue?
