ReadyNas 102 Slow Transfer Rate - Windows 7
Hi, I am completely new to network drives and wondering if someone can give me some advise as my transfer rate is incredibly slow. Here is my setup Readynas 102 (Firmware 6.2.2) INC 1 x WD RED WD...
Disabled my antivirus and experiencing the same results as always with the connection dropping.
As stated before the network somehow is generating two address' for the drive.
I can access the drive through the ip address(192.168.0.21) and the nas drive storage name(NAS-36OC-08) at the same time.
However, If I test one directory, the connection drops and the other becomes active.
Do you believe its something to do with windows 7 pro?
Is it worth speaking to netgear? I don't want to waste your time anymore which this as I seem to be losing the battle with it and want to throw it out the window!!
