I found out the problem!
It comes from IPv6. My Mail-Provider seems to have problems with ipv6 in some cases. With an ipv4-mailserver dns name, it works now.
Which web browser and version are you using?
I tried it with Safari 9.0.2 on OS X 10.11.2 and with the newest Firefox on Windows 10. Both not working.
Any news on this? Any tips?

Can you give the latest Beta Firmware 6.4.2 a try and see if it fixes the problem.
