I found out the problem!
It comes from IPv6. My Mail-Provider seems to have problems with ipv6 in some cases. With an ipv4-mailserver dns name, it works now.

Thanks for sharing your solution. Yes IPv6 support for various services online is a work in progress with some things better supported than others.
IPv4 certainly isn't going away any time soon despite its limitations.
