What is the disk configuration (including RAID mode)? Is bitrot protection on?
Also, how old is the data volume? There have been settings changes over the years that increase performance, but you need to build a new volume to take advantage of them.
Note that NasTester speeds also depend on the laptop disk performance, since the test is a disk-to-disk transfer. Is the laptop using an SSD?

I am running RAID 5. Bitrot is disabled.
Data volume is about 7 months old. However, NAS has been powered down for 99% of that time. It was setup and has not been used since.
Yes, I am using an SSD on my laptop. I have also tried using my desktop and get similiar transfer speeds.
