Readynas 104 compatible with the WD Red PRO 10TB HDD (WDC WD101KFBX)?

Hello all Does anyone know if the 10TB RED PRO is compatible with the RN104? and he saw it with his own eyes :) Thanks in advance Andy On support page : Western Digital Red Pro WD101KFBX 10...

Did you test it in a Windows PC with Lifeguard before you inserted it? Also, do you know if the disk was formatted or not?

In essence, what StephenB is saying is that there is no reason that model of drive should not work, therefore you need to pursue reasons why that specific drive isn't working. "Doesn't work" is too general a description to make any recommendations.
