I suggest you just remove one of the ethernet cables (and remove its static IP address). The RN104 isn't fast enough to saturate a single gigabit connection, so there is no advantage to using both.
If you do want to try both, then the best practice is to configure a bond. ALB or TLB are the bonding modes that are compatible with ordinary switches and routers.
