Readynas 104 keeps crashing ' out of memory+390'

Hi - I posted a previous topic but noone is replying - my readynas readydlna wasnt working - it would stop running every 24 hours although the nas continued to work in other ways, for example readycloud. So I would power down and restart and that would fix the problem, although only for 24 hours. The problem has worsened in that the readynas is now completely freezing within anything from 5 minutes to a couple of hours after booting up saying '__out_of_memory+390' and I have to unplug to do anything. Can someone please assist, thanks.
