What firmware was the NAS running before the failure?
Did you notice the update instructions here:
ReadyNAS 102, 104, and 2120 systems must not be updated directly to 6.10.x from 6.3.x or older firmware. They must first be updated to either 6.2.5 or 6.3.5, then to 6.5.2, and then to 6.10.x.

Maybe actually 6.2.4?
You could try a USB recovery using 6.2.4 firmware - that might work.
If you have a linux system (or can boot up a PC using a USB linux "live boot"), then it is possible to connect the disks to the linux system, and mount the data volume manually.
RAID recovery software that supports BTRFS would also work (for instance ReclaiMe) - that would require connecting the disks to a Windows PC.
You can migrate the disks to any OS-6 ReadyNAS with enough bays. Some older 4.2.x ReadyNAS can also be converted to OS-6, and you can migrate to those also.

I tried 6.2.4 and it didn't do anything.
I found a VM of ReadyNAS OS 6.* and I booted it and updated it to 6.10.10 and I am in the process of backing up the drives before connecting them to the VM.
