Those are the advanced share settings, what have you got set under the cifs tab?
On the advanced tab, change the owner to admin and the group to users.
You have users setup on the nas I presume and these match windows users ( usernames and passwords)?
Next check the box next to the sentence Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share to the above settings. This option is useful in cases where you are changing security levels and need to workaround file access problems. then click apply.
Let us know what you have in the cifs tab, you may need to change some things there too.
