Share security was deprecated quite a while ago, because it doesn't work that well with newer versions of Windows. You are only seeing it because it you had it installed before. If you do a factory reset, it will disappear.
I don't recall if this option shows up if you are using the share security mode. If it is there, try using it, and report back.
