readynas 2100 3rf disk led power off
Hi, when I power on my used readynas 2100 the 3rd disk led is power off, instead the 1/2/4 disk led and power led are still power on. What's the problem? Thanks

Does the admin web ui show that the disk is operational? Or that the array is degraded?
Have you downloaded the log zip file, and looked in there?
I can't access via web gui, I've already tried with the usb boot without any positive resolution.
