ReadyNAS 2120 Stuck Starting Up
Have a ReadyNAS 2120 that has been getting slow to access. This morning the web interface prompts for login, but eventually times out after entering user/pw. Running RAIDar shows status "System starting up" with green checks on all drives. About 20 minutes ago the web interface wasn't accessible at all and the unit disappeared from RAIDar. About 10 minutes ago it showed up in RAIDar again, but web interface is not coming up at all now.
I blacked out the serial number because Netgear advises against showing this publicly.

A reasonable next step is to power down the NAS and test the disks one at a time in a Windows PC using vendor tools (Seatools for Seagate, Dashboard for Western Digital). You can connect the disks to the PC using a usb adapter/dock. The PC won't recognize the format, but these tools will find the disks.
I suggest labeling the disks by slot as you remove them.

I reseated the drives and now it's up with a status of Volume data is syncing. Now that I can access the web interface I saw this
Replacing that drive will be my first order of business.
