ReadyNAS 214: error "do_exit+4e8"

Shutdown/reboot error: "do_exit+4e8". Microcode version: 6.10.6 How can i fix this problem?

No apps.

 

I turned on the ReadyCLOUD.

    Though I think it likely won't help, I still suggest turning off ReadyCloud on the cloud page, and see if that changes the behavior. If you use antivirus, maybe turn that off too (as a test).

     

    The NAS is crashing at the location shown on the LCD when you shut down. 

     

    Is the NAS resyncing when you reboot after the error?

      That's what you see if the power-off circuit fails to actually turn it off, though there may be other potential causes.  Are you also seeing any issue with power on and/or the Ethernet connection?
