ReadyNas 312 - Initial Setup Problems

Hi there, Im hoping the forum can help. I've been googling the problem and I have found a couple of threads but none seem to match the problem I'm having. I have recently bought a diskless RN312...

You need a disk installed in the NAS for it to work. You should see the error "No disks detected" in the Info (far right) column in RAIDar.
