Try running a balance from the volume settings wheel, and let us know if that helps.
Also, please post the output of
btrfs fi df /data btrfs fi du -s /data
Normal df and du don't give a good indication of where the space is going.

The system is definitely thinking that the allocated space is all used.
Maybe use btrfs fi du -s /path on each of your subvolumes, and see if that gives you any clues on where the space is going.

Really many thanks for your reply.
I already ran those commands and they show that there is occuped only 1,8TB in a volume of 5.6TB but the free space is 60GB. I just deleted the volume and I recreate it. This seems to be the only slution to apply, like many other people done before me.
