ReadyNAS 3138 snapshot turnoff when device is rebooted or Egnyte Storage sync updates software
We have several ReadyNAS 3138 using Egnyte Storage Sync. The snapshot turnoff when device is rebooted or if Egnyte Storage sync updates the software. Is there a way we can get snapshot not to turn off?

We one that we have not update lately it is firmware 6.6.0 Yes the snapshot of the ELC. If the device reboot the snapshot gets turn off.
We others that are on firmware 6.7.1 Yes the snapshot of the ELC. If the device reboots or if Egnyte storeage snyc software updates automatically the snapshot gets turn off.
