ReadyNAS 314 - Web UI not loading information on most pages
Hello,
Currently have a ReadyNAS 314 that was updated to firmware 6.9.3 about 2 weeks ago.
Everything was running fine, but now most of the pages will not load properly.
Eg, the users page will not show users, cant see services under system, cant show volumes, and many other things.
I am logged into the NAS as an admin account.
I have tried clearing cache.
I have tried different browsers (Chrome + IE).
I have tried upgrading firmware to 6.9.4, and got hotfix 1 installed, rebooted.
Tried rebooting.
Tried downgrading to 6.9.2
Tried from another computer
I do not have SSH access (and can not enable it because the services tab does not show anything)
I do not have physical access to the NAS.
Using chrome, it looks like the page is actually refreshing every few seconds.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try here?
Thanks.

Hi StevePerry
Welcome to the Community!
Can you still access your shares? Have you tried doing a reboot? you may want to download your logs using RAIDar and check smart_history, disk_info, volume logs and see if you have any issues with your disks or if your OS volume is full. There might be other issues that we need to check.
Hope this helps!
Regards

Hello,
Yes, shares can still be accessed - but they are not able to be seen in the web UI.
Yes, reboot has been done, both on the NAS and the client trying to connect to the web UI.
I have downloaded and checked through logs.
Disks look healthy and there is space free.
RAIDar shows status as Healthy.=== df -h === Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on udev 10M 4.0K 10M 1% /dev /dev/md0 4.0G 1.2G 2.7G 30% / tmpfs 993M 0 993M 0% /dev/shm tmpfs 993M 12M 981M 2% /run tmpfs 497M 2.7M 494M 1% /run/lock tmpfs 993M 0 993M 0% /sys/fs/cgroup /dev/md127 3.7T 3.3T 421G 89% /Volume /dev/md127 3.7T 3.3T 421G 89% /home /dev/md127 3.7T 3.3T 421G 89% /apps /dev/sde1 2.7T 1.1T 1.7T 40% /media/USB_HDD_7

What apps do you have installed on the NAS?
