I contacted the support team and opened a case.
My Management Interface was not working because the booting process always stuck at some point (usually at 99% starting Amazon or Plex, or some times at earlier stages). All volumes were accessible anyway.
They told me that one or two files (databases as they said) for some of my services like Amazon and Plex got corrupted.
I reckon that it could happened because of not enough free space on the main volume (for some time I have below 5%), and also I have a lot of files to sync for both services. However, they were not able to say exactly the reason why the issue happened. And also they updated Firmware to the latest version.
The diagnostic by RAIDar was showing Swap file 100% but I do not know how critical was it. And it shows this even now when you run it, but unfortunatelly I do not see any datetime records of it via RAIDar.
At the moment NAS is working fine and I am going to activate SSH in order to be able to access the system if such issue happen again. However, I still do not fully know how control the system in such weird scenarios.
In the end I was told that if the unit has enough space it is highly unlikely to see the same issue again. So, this was the main recommendation by NetGEAR. Anyway, I am going to keep an eye on Amazon and Plex services via SSH by monitoring they space consumption, etc.
If someone know how to check all those critical areas by SSH your advices will be highly appreciated.
