ReadyNAS 314/Egnyte Local Cloud slower and slower on Mac

We have a Netgear ReadyNAS 314 running 6.0.8 OS and Egnyte Local Office Cloud App 8.4.9.71.

This has been running for three weeks perfectly fine. Until two days ago, The ReadyNAS became slower and slower in letting all Mac users accessing it. Until it would lock up and need restarting. This we thought was a one off. But now the ReadyNAS will run for anything between 10 mins and 1 hour before it does the same. Egnyte can't seem to understand the problem and put it down to an ALL MAC network. But it was working for three weeks without issue.

I see this was an issue back in an old forum link that was fixed. It seems its back again.

Hope someone can help who knows about this?

If we can't get this fixed ASAP we will have to look at an alternative data solution
